No girl on earth wants to be called fat and Bharti is no different. But, she is amongst those few women who know how to transform their weekness into their biggest strength. Being overweight could never bog down Bharti's spirits in life. Begining froma humble background and now being known as India's best comedian, Bharti surely has a success story that can inspire many.
This the the twelfth week on Jhalak and Bharti continues to give entertaining performances in fromt of the biggest celebrities of the country. During this journey, she not only won hearts but also bagged three movie offers from some of the big directors of the country. Judge Karan Johar even said that there are just three things needed for entertainment on Jhalak –Bharti, Bharti and Bharti.
But, as they say, there are no free lunches in the world, Bharti too had to go through a lot of pain and while expressing her happiness about the achievement, she breaks down as she remembers the impediments she faces while doing all those lifts and twirls as the level of dance is becoming tougher with each passing week. She says “I really feel depressed at times when I see other contestants doing those steps with ease which takes me so much time as I am not a 45-50 kg girl rather I weigh 84 kgs and I start panting while rehearsing a number of times but I know I have to do it and I keep going.I have not met my mother properly since last one and a half month and given up everything possible for Jhalak as I really wanted to do something different in life and I am happy and thankful to this platform for not only giving me the contentment of doing something that I have never done in before but also getting these movie offers.”
We salute Bharti's spirit and thank her for being a part of Jhalak.
