Known as the key political figure of the epic Mahabharat, Krishna is worshiped for his logical thinking, preaching and for being the guiding light to Arjuna during the war. Lord Krishna was also the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu. Krishna represents love, wisdom, intellect and the 700 verses of the Bhagwad Geeta contain a vast sea of knowledge. His teachings are relevant even today and apply to the happenings in our day to day lives. Lord Krishna’s teachings to Arjuna mostly highlighted that all wars first exist in the mind. And thus winning in the mind is the first step to winning on the battlefield and in real life. His teachings also tell us to keep moving forward without worrying of the outcome.
