Tonight on Choti Sarrdaarni, Sarabji convinces Meher to eat the food at the hospital. Nurse Lalita offers to stay with Meher as a full time nurse to take care of the baby after the family goes home. Sarab accepts, however, Meher rejects Lalita’s offer. Nurse Lalita calls Dr. Aditi and informs her about Meher’s denial to keep her as the nurse. Aditi now has another plan in her mind. Meher gets a nightmare, when she opens her eyes, nurse Lalita asks Meher about where the baby is. Meher is shocked to see that the baby is not in the incubator. She is shocked and asks Sarab ji to come in asap! On seeing the baby missing Sarabji is worried as well. He tries to assures Meher that he will not let anything happen to their baby. Sarab finds the guard and the nurse sleeping. He wakes them up and informs them about his missing baby.

Meher, on the other hand, gets a panic attack. To calm her down, Lalita gives her an injection. On looking around, we see that the baby is being taken by a mysterious man. The tag with Meher’s name on the baby’s hand falls off. Sarab is about to spot the goon when Meher comes out of her room. Sarab promises Meher that he won’t let anything happen to their baby.  What happens next?
