'Didi tera dewar deewana' is a song that has ruled our hearts and has been a must-play at all our functions for the longest time. And what created the magic for this Hum Aapke Hai Kaun song was the gorgeous jodi of Prem and Nisha. Aka Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit. Even though Salman is in 'tiger' mode these days, he made time and got back into his 'Prem' shoes, exclusively for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. And of course, the leading lady of 'Ek Tha Tiger' Katrina was there to add to the glamour of the proceedings.

What followed was some good natured ribbing between Katrina, Salman and Madhuri Dixit. Not just that, Salman and Madhuri also recreated the famous 'gulel' scene from the song. And nobody could guess that it was 18 years ago that this scene first enthralled us. Salman Khan didn't look an inch out of practice as the hit the..umm..target after all these years, earning applause from everyone. But Karan Johar was in no mood to applaud. The director, who had attempted this scene at the beginning of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, wasted no time in pointing out that he had tried and failed at this 'target practice'. Not everyone has a way with the ladies, Karan. 
In all this nostalgia, how can Katrina be far behind? While Madhuri recreated the 'Didi Tera Dewar Deewana' moves perfectly, Kat asked Salman if he has forgotten his steps. Not to be outwitted, the Tiger replied,”I didn't have any steps then, and I don't have any steps now.” Atleast Salman is modest about his dancing skills.

But dance he did. Katrina was dancing to 'Chikni Chameli' for Madhuri Dixit, when Salman couldn't resist and joined in the dance. We're guessing by Madhuri's expressions (picture above) that she was entertained (and shocked) to see her Prem in dance mode.

So this shoot for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa was a reunion of sorts for Prem and Nisha of Hum Aapke Hai Kaun. And the duo, along with Katrina and the contestants, had loads of fun. And the episode too, promises to be a treat for the audience.
