What if someone fulfills your dream that you always felt was left unaccomplished? Well, that’s a reality now. Colors TV’s new reality show Mission Sapne will fulfill 10 dreams of 10 common people. The show will feature 10 celebrities who will work like common man for one day and earn their daily wage.
The concept of the show is realistic and closer to everyday life. Every episode will have one common man and one celebrity. The celebrity will take up the job of the common man like selling vada pav, become vegetable vendor or become a barber for one day. The amount of money that the celebrity will earn will be multiplied by 100 and will be given to the person to help them live his dream.
Mission Sapne that goes on air on April 27 at 8 pm will be narrated by Sonali Bendre. For viewers, the show promises to bring an amalgamation of fun and emotions as they will see their favourite celebrities doing unsual things: Karan Johar doing photography, Salman Khan cutting hair, Siddharth Malhotra selling vegetables, Varun Dhawan will sweat it out as a labourer, Drashti Dhami selling nimbu-mirchi, Ranbir Kapoor selling vada pav, Ram Kapoor driving a taxi, Mika vending tea, Ronit Roy selling bangles and lastly Harbhajan Singh selling snacks.
Colors has always taken initiative to bring a difference to people’s life. Be it women empowerment social messages through their fiction shows or non-fiction shows like Aamna-Saamna, Zindagi Abhi Bahi Baaki Hai – a show on Yuvraj Singh’s fight for life with cancer. Following the usual tradition, Colors continues to give hope to people with its new mission — Mission Sapne.
