The doctor checks Simar and informs the Prem that she can be discharged now but she will have to take bed rest for a few days. The doctor also tells them that her test results will be out in a few days. Prem and the rest of the family prepare to take her home.

Prem, his father and Sankalp take Simar home in their car. Simar and Roli look at each other as they know that they will be separated now. Prem consoles Simar and they drive away. Roli and Siddhant look on with concern.

Prem and Simar arrive home where the family is waiting for them. Mataji asks Simar to stop at the door. She brings out an aarti thali and blesses Simar that may she always be safe and happy.

Simar looks at Khushi while Mataji does her aarti. Khushi is tense about the fact that Simar may expose her in front of the family. Manoranjan Mausi notices this worry on Khushi's face and wonders why is she concerned even after Simar has returned home.

Simar's aunts escort her to her room. When she enters, she sees the room full of toys and baby posters that Prem had gotten to surprise her. She is heartbroken and breaks down on seeing the toys that they had brought lovingly for their child.

Mataji consoles Prem and asks him to take care of Simar and also not to remind her of the loss of her child. Prem panics and says that he had decorated the room with toys and that she will see it. He rushes to their room to stop Simar.

Prem finds Simar crying in the room clutching the toy. He goes up to her, hugs her and takes the toy from her. He tries to console her but both of them break down crying about the loss of their child.

The Bharadwaj family is waiting for Khushi who has disappeared without telling anyone. Manoranjan remarks if she was a magician apart from being a bar dancer. Khushi suddenly enters and the whole family notices.

Khushi enters and says that she is not alone. The family is waiting with bated breath and they see Siddhant and Roli entering the house with their luggage. Sujata is happy and Mataji is shocked to see both of them back together.
