The whole Jaiswal mansion is decorated for Ginni's birthday. Ija enquires about Kabir's whereabouts as she wants to attack him and she has seen him go upstairs. She is told that he is downstairs with the rest of the kids.
Ija sees a joker entertaining all the kids at the party. She assumes that it is Kabir in the joker's outfit and makes a resolution to kill him.
In the darkness, Ija moves towards the joker entertaining the kids. She thinks to herself that today will be the day that Kabir dies.
Lata mami calls eveyone for the cake cutting. All the kids rush towards the centre of the room. In this chaos, Ija drops the gun and the it gets lost in the darkness. Ija gets frustrated that her plan has failed.
Ija spots a large knife on the table. She thinks to herself that she has to kill Kabir in any way. Even though she has lost the gun, she can use the knife to finish off Kabir.
As Ija is approaching the joker with the knife in her hand, Kabir comes down the stairs with Ginni and her birthday cake. He is all smiles about his adopted daughter's birthday. Ranveer is puzzled about Kabir's sudden appearance.
While everyone is gathered around Ginni and celebrating with her, Ija brutally stabs the joker many times. She is obsessed with killing Kabir and says that she has tried killing Kabir for so long but is successful at last.
After the joker collapses, Ija looks over at the party and is shocked to see Kabir with Ginni, enjoying with the others. If Kabir is in the party, whom did she stab?
Ija removes the mask from the joker and is shocked to find that it was Aditi under the mask. Aditi is in a lot of pain but still looks up defiantly at Ija
Kabir notices that Aditi is missing from the party and goes in search of her. He looks for her in the house just as Ija drags an injured Aditi away from the party and into the upstairs room.
Once Ija drags Aditi upstairs, she tells her that she is unbelievably happy to see her dying. She reminds her that because of her and Ginni she lost her son Abhinav and that now finally Kabir can also die as there is no one to protect him. Ija then asks Aditi if she has any last wishes.
Aditi yells back at Ija that her first and last wish is to protect Kabir from all evils. She warns Ija that she will expose her in front of the family. But Ija does not pay any attention to her and is busy cleaning the knife used to stab Aditi. After she's done, she leaves the room.
While she's yelling at Ija, Aditi notices that something is different with her hands. The gloves that were on her hands a while back are gone, and so is all the blood. She is shocked to see the sudden change and looks around for a clue.
Aditi looks around in shock and sees her own blood soaked body in the joker costume lying on the floor. She is devastated on seeing her own lifeless body as the realization that she's dead hits her.
Aditi comes to the realization that she is already dead and has taken the form of a spirit and that's why Ija couldn't hear her. She is heartbroken that she has been killed. Aditi's spirit sits and weeps uncontrollably near her lifeless body.
