She is thinking what can she do to help Kunal when Veena enters the room. Siddhi feels that she's tensed about her son's situation and asks her to sit down.

Veena breaks into tears and tells Siddhi that only she can get Kunal out of this predicament. By taking Siddhi's blame on himself he has put everybody in tension. She realises that what she's asking Siddhi to do is very selfish but she doesn't know what else to do.

Veena says that she used to think that she's the luckiest woman to have three sons but probably she brought bad luck to herself. With Anand dying and Gaurav leaving the house, Kunal is her only support and she doesn't want to lose him too.

Siddhi asks her to calm down and she understands what Veena must be going through. She promises to not let anything happen to Kunal.

Kunal goes to Vikram's house and meets Raveena. She introduces him to Vikram's aunt who in a casual manner, mentions Siddhi's visit some time back.

Kunal is shocked to hear that Siddhi had also been there and asks Raveena if Siddhi had come for some work and if she met Vikram. She lies to him that Siddhi just came casually and Vikram wasn't at home then.

Kunal then makes a call to Vikram and comes to know that Siddhi asked him to lie in the court in order to save Kunal. Raveena confirms that Siddhi had come and asked for this favour but they declined because they didn't think it was the right way.

At home, Seema is teasing Siddhi about her pregnancy when Kunal comes in and asks Siddhi to come in as he wants to talk to her in private.
