As Surbhi and Prem’s wedding was about to happen in few days, Surbhi got insecure when she got to know that Sunaina is actually Simar. She tried to commit suicide as she genuinely loves Prem now. She is trying her best to take care of the Bhardwaj family as a bahu. But now that Prem has rejected Simar and accepted her, she is very happy. Surbhi knows that Prem is hurt because of Simar, so she is trying to normalize things for him. The current track will be all about Surbhi trying to adjust into the family,” said Neha Laxmi Iyer who portrays the character of Surbhi in Sasural Simar Ka.
It’s been two months that Neha is shooting for the show and she is enjoying her character. “Surbhi is a mature girl who is very positive and responsible. I have always played very bubbly characters before this. For the first time, I am playing a character a typical sanskaari bahu. But I am enjoying it. This gives me lots of positivity in real life as well,” she said.
