Colors, as a channel, has always given us something which is unconventional and something that we as a viewer can easily accept into our daily routine. Colors has not only filled our evenings with entertainment and family drama but also made us aware about social causes and urged us to stand for what's right.
And one such show is Udann. It is a story of a simple village girl who is fearless and has dreams to fly high and touch the sky. Chakor has a strong determination to be honest and face every hurdle in life with her never-give-up attitude. It's her struggle to gain education rights for all kids in her village that made us aware about the cruelties of bonded labour. In a country of billions, we still see many children treated as slaves and Chakor stands a beacon of hope that reconfirms that justice shall prevail and truth always wins. Chakor has been inspirational to people of every age in the country and has touch millions of hearts worldwide.
Today, Udann completes 200 episodes and Chakor's struggle to become educated and gain independence from bonded labour has taught us that nothing in life should be taken for granted. The little girl is currently being blamed for cheating in exams and we know her perseverance and her dedication to fulfill her dreams will help her come out of this trauma with all blames cleared!
Do not forget to watch the inspirational story of Chakor in Udann from Monday-Saturday at 8:30PM only on Colors!
