Last week Sophie suffered a back injury and even had an unfortunate fall in between her act but this week she's back in action.

According to the challenge, Sophie is this week paired up with choreo partner Jack and they will do a lyrical hip hop mixed with contemporary on Tum Gaye Ho Kyun. The act depicts the emotions of losing loved ones. Surely to leave all audiences' teary-eyed!

Sophie herself got emotional as she rememberd her Dad through this act and shared some fond memories.
