Every week on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, we hear many stories and well hidden secrets being revealed. Our celebrity contestants and jury members try how much ever they may, but cannot help it and we come to know of some well kept hidden secrets. Another one, we hear from this week’s shoot of Jhalak is a secret that our lovely jury member Madhuri Dixit had kept to her all this while.

This week, master of dance – actor-director Prabhudeva was on the sets of Jhalak with actor Girish Kumar to talk about their new movie. We all know that the lovely MD and Prabhudeva go back a long way since their Pukar days and she even reminisced about the good old days during the promo shoot of Jhalak when she danced on the iconic number. So it was yet another trip down memory lane for the diva when she met her former co-star on the sets. This time Madhuri could not help but share a secret with us. She spoke about how the dance master got her to learn the steps of the duo’s iconic song, Kay Sera Sera..

Madhuri says that when she was shooting for Pukar and she heard that she was going to be dancing with India’s rubber man, ‘meri toh jaan hi nikal gayi!’

She then went on to reveal that she literally went into a state of shock and even fell sick. So much so that the shooting had to be stopped because of the extreme state of shock she was in! Finally when she came around and Prabhudeva started choreographing the song, Madhuri would ask Prabhudeva if that was it, and he’d say.. “just one more”.

Apparently the task master smartly got her to learn the steps for the entire song this way and even got her to wink thrice in the song. Well we wouldn’t have settled for a lesser performance from the dancing legend anyways, whether in a state of shock or not!

To watch Pravhudeva and Madhuri recreate the magic of their iconic number, tune into Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa this Saturday at 9pm only on COLORS!
