What are the other projects you are doing right now?
I am doing two films: Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki in Telugu and Care of Footpath 2 in Kannada and Hindi.
Tell us about your character.
In Lakshmi…I am playing the character of Lakshmi, a mature girl who is very sensible and sensitive about following the family values.  She is very fond of her father. The film is a love story.
The other film Care of Footpath 2 is a story of four friends. I am playing a character called Geeta. It’s a film on how these friends get into criminal activities and how they come out of it. It is based on a real life incident.
How do you manage your films along with your show Sasural Simar Ka?
My Sasural Simar Ka team has been very co-operative; we plan out dates well in advance and shoot for the film. My dates are managed by my father.
You are just 16, how many things are you sacrificing to have this shining carrier?
I feel I am very lucky to get all of this at the age of 16 and I am not sacrificing anything. I am getting much more than a normal teenage life. I have hundred of friends and well wishers all over the world. And because of being in this industry at this age I have got many interesting stuff to do and explore in myself in millions of ways.
Do you manage to take out time for your family?
My parents always travel with me for my shoots. My grandparents stay with us, we have family dinner together almost daily. And I am very close to my cousins so we keep texting each other every now and then.
How about your studies?
I am entering 12th standard, I have taken up arts as a subject. I am growing up. For me being street smart is very important, so I take my every experience as a lesson and learn from it.
What preparations are you doing to be a part of this huge film industry?
I am into dancing since I was 4 years-old, so gymming is not a compulsion at least for now. About acting, I think every single person I meet I learn a gesture or anything related to language. It could be verbally or body language wise. Every scene that I do teaches me a lot. The lesson of grooming comes from within when you see so many different shades of people around you. I am fortunate enough to be in this industry at a very young age so grooming, I think, comes in me with every single step I take. In all, it’s always a yes for learning anything at any age, so any kind of tuitions are welcome anywhere and anyhow.
